We are committed to making sure our Ella Blu customers are happy with their online purchase. However, in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your item, we do offer returns. All purchases made online are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 days of your initial purchase with proof of receipt. After the 14-day timeline, your item will no longer be eligible for return.
If you are a local customer you may bring your online purchase to the store for your return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Please include packing slip/receipt with your return.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be approved and processed. Your store credit will be emailed to you once approved.
- Original receipt/packing slip must be included.
- Items must be unworn/unwashed with original tags still attached.
- No items with visible stains from makeup and deodorant or perfume/cigarette smell will be accepted.
